DKP changes

ok Kids time for a new dkp pool since we are now in panda's...

So here is the break down based upon what we (council) have discussed, this might change depending upon if i am stating something we do not agree on ... Meaning I misheard our choice in our meeting...

So for Panda's here is the earning and spending

So for each boss kill you will earn 2 DKP

Gear for main spec will cost 6 DKP

Gear for off spec will cost 1 DKP... if it goes into your bags and you are not sharding it you WILL SPEND 1 DKP.

So we are sort of taking away waiting DKP... Sort of..

So here is what I am thinking and I am sure this might change depending on if council likes this idea...

So I am making a earning system... so here is how it works... on Thursday and Sunday you can Earn (at the end of raid) if you do the following...

Be on from raid start to raid finish, and you turn in the mats for one(5stack) of the current feast / table.

so basically you can now be on doing your dailies while we raid (in case we need you ) and still help out the guild while doing your dailies. We were talking about how this can be made pseudo made fair and i think this is the best way. ( also you have the opportunity to turn in a stack per boss we down... ( meaning if we down three bosses and you turn in 3 (5 stacks) and are on the entire time you can earn 3 DKP) yes you can earn that for doing nothing more then what you normally do on our raid nights.


Also ... so there is no confusing our new Raid nights will be Thursday and Sunday from 7:45pm EST till 10:00pm EST.

Remember that you must notify a council member (not bear) that you will be missing a night.

What day would be your second day to raid...

This is not a finial vote ... meaning we may raid three days a week but as of right now we need to figure out who and when they are available so that council and the guild can figure out the best two main days to raid.

Hey everyone,

Last night ( Thursday 08/30/2012 ) we had our first official guild meeting.

What we talked about...

Vercin is no longer playing... for now!
players need to start thinking about what days we can raid...
players need to figure out what toon they are going to play
players need to figure out what spec they are going to play
then awesome random chit chat till everyone got off...

so I will be putting up a poll on this thread so people can vote on what two days they want to raid... We would like to have this poll to be completed by every raider. the poll will stay up till the 19th.

other then that we want people to try and get on and see how they like or dislike their toons.

There was also talk about trying to do a few weekend fun raids so people can play with their toons and figure out how the new changes will effect their toons.

More info on when we will be raiding as time progresses.

Well Hello there,

Ok so the holidays are winding down and it’s time for us to get our asses back in gear! I hope everyone had a great holiday and that Santa was good to everyone.
We will start up our regular raiding schedule starting January 3rd.
What does this mean for you?
Starting Tuesday we will continue to work on clearing 25 man DS.
We will raid Tuesday Thursday and Monday!
If you have forgotten the fights or just need a refresh make sure you come to raid on Tuesday ready to go.
Attendance will start being tracked, meaning that if you miss 2 days in a week you will lose 5 dkp per 2 days missed, that is of course unless you contact Cylli via in game mail and let her know that you will be out for any reason.
I have also put it to the officers to come up with a new weekly turn in for DKP. I am not sure what they have been talking about but I expect that by Tuesday they will have put up a post on what the turn ins will be. You will be able to earn 3 DKP per raiding week that is all I can tell you for now.

Also keep an eye on the website... there will be weekly post and polls... with rewards!!!

Also Expect a new council spotlight by Thursday. This spotlight will be on Zeake (ha do it now bitch)

Other than that I hope that everyone shows up on Tuesday ready to go.
